A BURST OF LOVE FOR PROVENCE

Sunset over the calanques of Cassis

Come and join us,
we'll take you on a tour of Provence,
it's what we do!

Provence , a festival of colours

I love Provence a little more every day.

Provence is a poem that gives you joy. It's a festival of colours that can be found on the walls of houses in the old quarters of big cities. As well as on the walls of the houses in the perched, flower-filled villages. So much so that you can also find colours on the traditional fishermen's boats bobbing on the water in the coves of charming little fishing ports.
The colourful markets with their mounds of freshly harvested fruit and vegetables dominate the squares. Likewise, they stand alongside bags of spices from all over the world, in exotic colours and scents: rosebuds, peppers, cumin, turmeric, ginger and more.
What's more, the colours of the different landscapes shimmer in the sunlight. In spring, the yellow of the sunflowers, the daisies and the red of the poppies mingle with the ripe wheat, giving way in summer to silver thistles and fields of lavender beaten by the wind.

Les Parfums de Provence

Provence is also a land of fragrant vegetation, with bushes of aromatic herbs and garrigue. In the same way, you'll find gradations of green where the vines mingle on the hillsides and plains, the foliage of the olive groves, swept by the wind like a sea of silver, and tall cypress trees reaching for the sky.

A land of welcome, art, culture and festivals!

Provence is a land of art, culture, festivals and traditional crafts. It has a rich heritage. It's also a land of refuge for artists and those who don't want to be caught up in the hectic pace of modern life.
To appreciate the extent of its beauty and to experience it for yourself, you have to make an effort. You have to earn your way through its hilly landscapes, which you can explore kilometre after kilometre by bike, on foot or in a van with small groups of friends or family.

A cloudless sky!

It's also a cloudless sky overlooking a turquoise blue sea, or a dark blue sea on a Mistral day. It contrasts with the white of the shell-encrusted limestone rocks of the calanques and the red of the mineral-laden rocky coasts of the Maures and Estérel mountains. Further inland, a red-walled village emerges from a landscape of ochre hills.

A simple life at a human pace!

In reality, it's the pleasure of a simple life, and a return to a rhythm closer to man's original nature. And this simple way of life helps to preserve the wellbeing that comes from the authenticity of the way of life in these different regions!
That's why Provence is a land of well-being. It's also, let's face it, a land of farniente, where life is punctuated by the rotation of the sun, where the terraces fill up as soon as the sun comes out and "cool off", and empty out when it's time for a siesta !!!!!
And yes, I'm in love with it!
It's also, of course, a real pleasure to work with !!!!!
That's why we like to help you discover it - it's our job, but it's also our pleasure!
