TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV)

Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe

Chauffeur-driven VIP private transport services

  1. Hereinafter referred to as the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The contract entered into with the purchaser, the quotation signed by the purchaser and the specific conditions of sale for the services shall take precedence over the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS).
  2. All requests are subject to a quotation which includes the advertised prices and what is included in the quotation.
  3. The prices shown include the services of a French-speaking driver, who can also speak English, Italian or another language on request, insurance for the passengers and luggage carried, assistance for the vehicle in the event of a problem, so that the trip as initially planned can be completed in the event of a problem, and the cost of the car.
  4. Additional vehicle for large volumes of luggage, on request and at extra cost
  5. Prices are per vehicle and not per person,
  6. Transport is provided in comfortable Mercedes or Volkswagen Deluxe minivans, seating between 8 (7 passengers + driver) and 9 (8 passengers), with ample luggage space,  
  7. Hand luggage must remain with passengers
  8. Theft, damage and loss of baggage insurance is taken out for a standard value per person of 762 euros (4999 F) per bag and per person for hold baggage, excluding hand baggage,
  9. High-value baggage must be declared prior to travel and will be charged extra,
  10. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express), with bank charges payable by the customer and according to the contract drawn up. Transfers outside the European Union are at the customer's expense.
  11. Cash accepted subject to conditions to be defined at the time of confirmation.
  12. The booking request can be made as a no-cost option with a deadline.
  13. The transport services provided by Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe are prepaid services unless otherwise agreed.
  14. In the case of last-minute bookings, payment is immediate at the time of booking.
  15. Confirmation takes effect when the quotation is accepted and signed by the customer.
  16. Confirmation must be accompanied by a deposit, the amount of which is mentioned in the quotation, ranging from a minimum of 30 % to 70 %, depending on the importance of the transport service and the context in which the mission is to be carried out, or even 100 % if the booking and confirmation are made at the last minute.
  17. The amount of the deposit required also depends on the date of confirmation and the date on which the assignment is carried out,
  18. The balance must be paid between 1 month and eight days before the service, as indicated in the quote, and no later than the day of the service.
  19. BELLE PROVENCE MINIBUS DELUXE (Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe) provides transport services (transfers, provision of vehicles, rotations, shuttles, excursions, stays) with the assurance that work is carried out before the transport is carried out. This involves checking that the transport is consistent with the information provided by the customer.
  20. Any lack of information provided by the customer will be questioned by our team in order to ensure that your trip is as satisfactory as possible.
  21. For all these missions, Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe positions itself as a resource, an advisor for hotels, restaurants and places to visit, and offers its knowledge of the region free of charge to its customers.
  22. The time spent preparing an assignment may vary. For example, for a seminar, in order to ensure consistency, Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe will need to prepare the assignment in advance and may also need to be present in the field during the assignment.
  23. All bookings imply acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the passengers and the customer making the payment to Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe.
  24. The quote may or may not include certain costs. This is specified in the quote and discussed with the customer's contact at Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe.
  25. It is the customer's responsibility to check the costs included and not included in the quote, such as customs duties, tolls, parking, the driver's meals, the driver's accommodation if applicable, entrance fees to places visited, an interpreter guide, checkpoints, etc.
  26. Whatever the customer and whatever the transport assignment - transport for weddings, for businesses, for events agencies, for travel agencies or for private individuals - our drivers carry out the assignment independently and with a certain amount of latitude, depending on the agreements made.
  27. However, there is always remote monitoring by the office on hand to respond to any problems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  28. Communication remains between Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe and the customer at the latter's convenience.
  29. As part of our service, we provide a degree of flexibility to your booking if required, so any changes the customer wishes to make to the original service booked must be reported to the Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe team. It will be accepted by our offices if it does not differ in time, number of km and if the new destination requested does not disrupt the service with which the driver must connect. In all cases, the final decision to modify or not the reservation rests with Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe.
  30. In the case of a tour or holiday, flexibility may be greater as the driver is at the customer's disposal, but if nothing is stipulated in the quote on this subject or in the driver's itinerary, Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe will make the final decision.
  31. The general cancellation conditions are subject to any special cancellation conditions that may supersede the general conditions depending on the type of service, its particular features and the period.
  32. All cancellations must be made by e-mail sent to Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe to be taken into account (bellepro[@]orange.fr)or by telephone or SMS to 06 76 97 68 83. The two methods of cancellation are inseparable.
  33. In the case of a short transfer, Belle Provence Minibus Deluxe will not refund any cancellation made less than 72 hours in advance, unless special conditions have been agreed and specified in the quote or contract.
  34. Any cancellation of a service at less than 8 days from the start of the work will be invoiced in full unless special conditions have been agreed and specified in the quotation or contract.
  35. For any cancellation of a service other than a short transfer less than 21 days before the booking date, the 30 % deposit will be retained by the company unless special conditions have been agreed and specified in the quote or contract.
  36. For all cancellations related to sanitary measures due to Covid 19, cancellations will not be reimbursed but services will be rescheduled free of charge.
  37. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law, and any recourse will depend on the Marseille court.
